At The 21st Collection, we believe that the best results come from great preparation. Every guideline below exists for one reason only: to help you leave with the highest quality, longest-lasting result possible.

• Appointment dates are released at the end of every month. Follow our Instagram to be the first to know the exact release date and time.

• If you'd like additional services such as curls, layers or custom styling, please add them during booking. This ensures enough time is reserved especially for you.

• If your preferred appointment slot disappears while adding additional services, don't worry. Secure your appointment first, then get in touch with us and we'll do our best to add the requested service, subject to availability.

• For lace installs (wig installations + lace closure sew-ins), drop off your hair atleast 5 days before and bring foundation in your shade for the best possible results.

• Please arrive on time. Being on time allows us to give your appointment the time and attention it deserves.

• We’ll send you reminders and prep instructions to ensure you're ready for your appointment.

• Please provide the correct phone number and email to avoid any cancellations.

• If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours prior to your appointment, you will be charged full price by card payment. Failure to pay the charge on time will result in an invoice sent home.

• We’re all about positive energy—respect and kindness go both ways!

• Natural Hair, Wigs & Extensions. Please arrive with:

  ✔ Product-free hair

  ✔ Fully detangled hair

• If you're bringing your own wig, please ensure it arrives:

  ✔ Completely clean

  ✔ Free from glue residue

  ✔ Free from product buildup

  ✔ Fully detangled

  ✔ Ready for installation

  A properly prepared wig allows for a cleaner installation, stronger adhesion and significantly better longevity.

• If you're bringing your own wig for installation, it must be dropped off at least 5 days before your appointment to allow enough time for proper customisation and preparation.

  Need your wig customised the same day as your appointment? A same-day customisation fee will apply and is subject to availability.

• Purchasing hair from us?

  Selecting Pick-Up at checkout allows us to prepare and customise your hair before your appointment, so it's ready when you arrive.

  To ensure a smooth experience, your hair order and appointment must be under the same name. If your order is under a different name, please contact us in advance so we can match it to your appointment.

  If you choose shipping instead, your hair must be dropped off to us at least 5 days before your appointment for preparation. (only lace services)

Every appointment is performed with care, precision and attention to detail.

If you have any concerns regarding your service, please contact us within 48 hours so we can assess the situation and recommend the most appropriate solution.

Where appropriate, complimentary adjustments may be offered at our discretion.

As every service is customised specifically for you, all appointments remain non-refundable.
